JoAnn Brant
Role and Responsibilities
JoAnn Brant serves the vital role of director of resident life at Meadow Ridge. In this capacity, she oversees all resident-related activities and fitness programming for Independent Living, as well as managing the community’s “Channel 3” in-house television communication channel. Additionally, she serves as a liaison with The Salon at Meadow Ridge and the resident-run Country Store.
JoAnn has been a part of the Meadow Ridge family for 5 years and enjoys the relationships and friendships of both residents and fellow employees. She takes great pride in offering a remarkable variety of programs entertainment and engaging activities to appeal to our residents’ wide-ranging interests. JoAnn and her team work particularly close with our newest residents to assist them in acclimating to their new home. This includes the monthly ‘Freshman Orientation’ program throughout their first year in the community, as well as encouraging new friendships or renewing prior acquaintances among residents.

Career Milestones
JoAnn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, she is a certified nursing assistant, further enhancing her ability to cater to the unique needs of residents.
