Our commitment to the greater Redding area continues with support of local farms and farmers. We source local produce and ingredients from Ambler Farms, Avril Farm, Nodine’s Smokehouse and our very own campus farm, which features vegetable gardens and over 30 varieties of fruit trees.
Chef Tom Villa, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and Cornell University, has extensive experience in fine dining, catering and luxury hospitality. He is passionate about training our talented culinary team with the ultimate goal to deliver memorable dining experiences for our residents. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife, Ana, our dining room manager, and their young family—whether hiking, discovering new cuisines or simply unwinding together.
