As the Traditional Care Director, Brianny ensures the delivery of high-quality care and services. The role involves fostering a safe and supportive environment for both residents and associates.

Industry Expertise

Brianny’s background includes serving as an Activities Director, where she was responsible for organizing, coordinating, marketing and promoting monthly community events. Prior to working at Meadow Ridge, Brianny also excelled as a Memory Care Director and Infection Control Specialist.

Passion for Senior Care

Known for her upbeat attitude and positive energy, Brianny is passionate about advocacy within the healthcare sector. She takes pride in being a reliable support system for residents and their families. She shares, “I love being part of the Benchmark team and embodying our values. Most importantly, I cherish the relationships I build with the residents and their families—their stories and what brings them joy.”

Milestones

Brianny obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant License shortly after graduating high school, laying the foundation for her career in senior care. She is also a certified dementia practitioner and a Dementia Live Specialist.

Personal Interests

Outside of her professional commitments, Brianny enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in gourmet meals and traveling.
