Roles and Responsibilities
Dr. Faria Mahmood serves as the medical director for Ridge Crest, Meadow Ridge’s Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing neighborhood. She also offers primary care services to residents in the Independent Living, Assisted Living and Mind & Memory Care neighborhoods.

Supported by an advanced practice registered nurse and a medical technician, Dr. Mahmood provides comprehensive care in Ridge Crest’s new doctors’ suite, which accommodates primary care visits, consultations, lab draws and specialty care appointments.

Industry Expertise
Dr. Mahmood is a physician with Nuvance Health, a regional health system serving Western Connecticut and the Hudson Valley of New York.
