Leadership Philosophy
Kayla believes in leading by example and taking the time to truly understand those she works with, works for and cares for. Each person’s unique experiences shape who they are and recognizing these influences is essential. This is especially true when supporting residents and ensuring their well-being. Getting to know each resident on a personal level isn’t just important—it’s essential. Residents are at the heart of everything she does and stepping into their world to understand their experiences makes all the difference.
