Role and Responsibilities

Paul Brown serves as the Administrator of Ridge Crest and Associate Executive Director. He manages Ridge Crest’s Skilled Nursing neighborhood and oversees healthcare services across Meadow Ridge, including Assisted Living, Mind & Memory Care, social work and Emergency Medical Technicians.

With extensive experience in senior healthcare, Paul is dedicated to delivering high-quality care across all levels of service, ensuring residents’ needs are met with compassion and professionalism. He emphasizes regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and creating a supportive environment.

Paul is dedicated to offering more than just clinical care; he strives to provide a dignified, enriching experience for every resident at every stage of their journey. He is committed to ensuring that residents get the most out of their experiences throughout continuum of care, with individualized attention that makes each person feel valued and supported, no matter their care needs.

Career Journey

Paul joined Meadow Ridge in 2015 as a fitness manager and worked his way through various roles, including Resident Health Services Director. His leadership has been instrumental in the growth and improvement of healthcare services at Meadow Ridge.

Milestones

Paul holds a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Sacred Heart University. Paul is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, specializing in Long-Term Care Administration/Management from the University of Connecticut.

Leadership Philosophy

Paul’s leadership style is based on open communication, teamwork and empowering his team to take ownership of their roles, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Paul enjoys traveling, reading history and science fiction and spending time with his wife and their beagle, Rocky. He is also pursuing his doctorate in business administration on a part-time basis.
