Meadow Ridge Appoints Three to Key Leadership Positions

Meadow Ridge has appointed three associates to key leadership roles, further strengthening our commitment to resident care and community excellence. These appointments reflect our ongoing dedication to providing top-tier service and ensuring a high quality of life for our residents.

Paul Brown Appointed Administrator of Ridge Crest

Paul Brown, MBA, LNHA, our Associate Executive Director, has added the role of administrator for Ridge Crest, the community’s Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing neighborhood. Paul, who has been with Meadow Ridge since 2015, brings a diverse background in senior living and a dedication to continuing education. He holds master’s degrees in exercise science and nutrition, business administration and is pursuing a doctorate in business administration. In his new role, Paul emphasizes the importance of providing residents with more than just a stay—he aims to ensure they have a comprehensive and comfortable recovery experience.

Brianny Genao Joins as Traditional Care Director

Brianny Genao joins our community as the new Traditional Care Director. With extensive experience in senior care, including serving as memory care director and infection control specialist at a Benchmark sister community, Brianny is a certified dementia care practitioner and Dementia Live® specialist. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with residents and their families and looks forward to bringing her expertise and dedication to the Meadow Ridge team.

Christopher Harvey Promoted to Security/EMS Supervisor

Christopher Harvey has been promoted to Security/EMS Supervisor after a year as the third-shift security officer at Meadow Ridge. Christopher, with a background as a caregiver and firefighter/EMT, brings a strong foundation in both senior care and emergency services. As supervisor, he has developed a mission statement focused on leading with C.A.R.E.—Communication, Accountability, Responsibility and Efficiency.
